Shipping + Returns

1. Shipping Information

We ship our goods all over the world.

Your order will be sent out via International POST OFFICE Mail Tracked, this can in some cases take up to 7-14 days or FedEx service which can take up to 7-10 days, your preferred option can be selected at the checkout.
You will receive a notification email when your order is dispatched with your tracking details.

Please be aware that customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. This can also affect the delivery timescale, which is out of our control.

2. EU Delivery

We are still shipping to our EU customers. Since January 1st we are no longer charging VAT on EU deliveries but our customers are likely to be charged import duties and local tax on delivery.

We are currently working with our delivery companies to find a simpler solution and hopefully offer our customers the chance to pay all charges at the time of purchase.

3. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns on unused, unwashed merchandise within 7 days of receipt. For our extended holiday return policy, please click here.

Conditions Apply:
  • Original shipping costs (and duties, if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • A $10 return label fee will apply to all returns.
  • Refunds can be issued for store credit or to the original form of payment.
  • Please note that we do not offer exchanges for international orders. All original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If your item is damaged, please email wengcorp@ms10.hinet.net.
  • Items that are final sale and ineligible for return or exchange are noted as such on the product's page, in the shopping cart, and in emailed order confirmations.
  • Returning items from overseas will be at the cost of the customer. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Yugold Textiles co cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.

4. How long will it take to receive my refund?

Please note that in some instances refunds can take between 10-21 days to reach your account.
